Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop, Saturday, September 20, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Room 303 St. Albert Hall.

Centering Prayer is a form of prayer that is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. The intention to consent to God’s presence and action in our lives is the heart and soul of the Centering Prayer practice. Bill Parsons, a representative of Contemplative Outreach will lead the workshop.
