Resolutions for August meeting and debate thereof

Brothers,

Please send me any resolutions you have for the August newsletter this week so that can mail them to you in the next two weeks.

If you wish to debate or challenge any of the proposed resolutions please keep the following rules in mind. You will have two minutes to state your aversions to any resolution. After that time the sponsor of the resolution will have two minutes to respond to the challenge. The opposition and sponsor will then each be given have one minute to conclude their arguments. Votes will then be made. This is the process will be monitored very closely and will not be deviated from, at all. With two major fundraisers rapidly approaching it would be very poor stewardship of our time and space at the Cathedral to engage in a lengthy debate on these matters.
