Sunday Night Dinner
Join us for some Sunday night nosh following the 6pm mass on Sunday, August 1st. We will meet in the narthex (behind the baptismal font) and then proceed to dinner at Noshville Authentic New York Deli. Questions can be forwarded to Tess at tesla584@gmail.com. Service Activity
The Cathedral Young Adults are teaming up with North Nashville Charities to provide uniforms and Back-to-School items for several needy children in the Nashville area. This Uniform Drive will work in a manner similar to the Angel Tree at Christmas. Those who would like to contribute can sign up to sponsor a child and would be responsible for buying the clothes that have been requested for that particular child. There will also be an opportunity to purchase and contribute stationary items for the children.

Volunteers are needed to man the sign-up tables before and after each Mass on Saturday and Sunday for the next few weekends. During the first two weekends, we will be collecting the names and contact information of the people who want to sponsor a child. The next couple of weekends we need volunteers to collect the clothing etc that is brought back.
Send an email to Roy Silveira at roysilveira@gmail.com with which Day and Mass at which you would like to volunteer. We will be doing this for the weekends of 7/31 - 8/1 and 8/7 -8/8. We are in need of volunteers for the 5:30pm Mass and the 8:30 am Masses.


Planning Meeting
We are going to be having our monthly planning meeting on Tuesday August 3rd at 6:30pm at Fido's on 1812 21st Avenue South. Please bring your ideas and energy and if you cannot make, it please email your ideas to roysilveira@gmail.com.


Prayer Hour
On Monday, August 9th, at 7pm, we will have the opportunity to adore our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. We will have Adoration, Benediction and will pray the Rosary. Contact Roy at roysilveira@gmail.com with any questions.
There will also be fellowship, following Prayer Hour, at a restaurant to be determined.

Cathedral Young Adult is an adult ministry group with a focus on scripture study, service projects and social events.
